How do I delete a consumers' account?

Customers can easily manage their accounts by following the straightforward steps outlined below to delete their online profiles whenever necessary.

  1. Log in to either the mobile App or the brand's ordering website you'd like to delete your account from.
  2. Click on the symbol to open the sidebar
  3. Click on Profile
  4. On the My Profile page, scroll to the bottom and select Settings
  5. Click Delete account and follow the ensuing steps

Note: Once the customer deletes their profile, all their data will be permanently removed.
