Once a customer's order has been submitted to the restaurant for processing, the YUMBI Platform will automatically send an SMS and/or email notification (depending on their preference) to the customer to notify them whether their order was successfully received or not.
The SMS or email notification also includes a short link to a unique web page with a summary of their order details as well as the restaurant's contact details so that they can review their order and contact the restaurant directly should the need arise.
