What information about my restaurant is made available online?

When configuring a restaurant on the YUMBI Platform, the following information is displayed:

  • Trading Name

  • Physical Address

  • Telephone Number

  • Operating Hours

  • The type of menu (E.g. Halaal, Kosher, Generic etc)

  • A thumbnail image to represent the restaurant on the search results page

  • Food images to associate with various categories configured on the outlet's digital menu

  • Menu Promotional Items & Online Only Deals

  • GPS Location

This additional information is visible to consumers:

  • Delivery availability and the supported distance from the restaurant are determined once customers enter their address or utilize our pin location feature.
  • What payment methods are supported are shown to consumers on the checkout page after building a basket. 

This information is presented to customers on the restaurant search results page, as well as the restaurant's unique menu and operating information page.
