It showcases the existing settings and current status of specified delivery zones, ensuring comprehensive understanding and management of the store's delivery operations.
You can watch a short video on the Report here:
YUMBI offers several kinds of delivery zones and all of these are categorized and are displayed for the user.
This report is found under the Operations Tab on YUMBI Reports and is named “Delivery Zones”.

Once you have located this report, you will need to select the filters and filter a specific restaurant to populate the report.
(See Figure 1)
Figure 1
After filtering for a specific store, the report will populate and display a table of data for the filtered stores delivery zones.
(Please note that if a specific store displayed “No data available in table” this would mean that no delivery zones have been set up for this store. If you wish to add delivery zones, you can find out more here:
What types of delivery zones can I configure for my restaurant?)
The data table has several columns that report on different aspects of delivery zones, the number of rows populated on this report depends on how many delivery zones are set up for the store.
Below we will break down what each column reports on and how you can utilize this data:
Store Name:
This column displays the name of your restaurant.
Name:
The “Name” column will display the name of the delivery zone on the YUMBI system.
Priority:
Priority refers to the position of a specific delivery zone and its ability to receive orders. You can view how priority affects the layout of a stores delivery zone on the Order Map Report. The higher the number of a delivery zones priority, the smaller it should be. If we look at the priority as a pyramid, ‘0’ would be the base of the pyramid and as the number increases, more delivery zones are layered on top.
Shape:
YUMBI has two types of delivery zone shapes available to stores to use. Custom Polygons and Radii. Custom Polygons can be custom shapes created by the store or drive distance polygons to show the drive distance around the store. Radii are circle delivery zones that are measured as the crow flies from the store.
Type:
Delivery zones have two states they can be set as. These are Normal Delivery Areas and Exclusion Delivery Areas. These exclusion areas act as no go zones for delivery orders and if a customers address falls into these areas, they will not be able to place an order for delivery from the store.
Status:
This refers to the current status of the delivery zone being viewed, active shows that the delivery zone has been enabled and currently accepting orders. Deactivated shows that the delivery zones has been disabled and is not receiving or blocking orders. The status of these delivery zones can be updated from the YUMBI Dashboard.
