What is the Delivery Summary Report?

If your store offers delivery services, this report will provide key insights into the deliveries made by your store and the experiences had by your customers.

The following article aims to give you a better understanding of what information the report provides and how you can utilize this information to improve your customer's experience when ordering from your restaurant.

This report can be found under the Deliveries tab on the left-hand side of the Reports Page by the name “Delivery Summary”. You can also follow this link to view the report:

After you have filtered by the required date, the report will populate three primary summaries of delivery information.

Tracked Deliveries :

This summary presents the total number of tracked deliveries made by the store, indicating whether each delivery was On-Time or Late. It includes a breakdown of the total number and percentage of On-Time and Late Deliveries. Additionally, it offers insights into the time taken and the distance driven by drivers to complete these deliveries.


To provide further insight into the deliveries made and tracked by each individual store, a table of data is populated with additional information that is distributed over several columns.
 

 


A breakdown of these categories and what information is provided follows:


Store Reference # - 
This column displays the Brand Allocation Reference number for your restaurant.

Restaurant -
This column refers to which store the data is being displayed for.

Total Deliveries -
This is the total amount of delivery orders received by the store for the filtered period.


% Delivery Fees -
This column shows the percentage of delivery orders that incurred delivery fees.


Have Time Data & % Have Time Data - 
Handle Time Data refers to the number as well as the percentage of delivery orders that were successfully tracked and have delivery times associated with the completed delivery. 

On-Time & % On-Time -
On-Time refers to the number as well as the percentage of tracked delivery orders that were completed on time.

Late & % Late - 
Late refers to the number as well as the percentage of tracked delivery orders that were not completed on time.

Ave Duration - 
This column refers to the average duration of a tracked delivery order (Duration measured in minutes).

Ave Distance -
This column refers to the average distance driven by drivers when delivery orders were tracked successfully (Measured in KM).

Tracked Deliveries & % Completed Tracking - 
These columns would refer to the total number as well as the percentage of delivery orders that were successfully tracked and completed.

% Valid Complete and Tracking - 

These columns display percentages representing the proportion of delivery orders that were both successfully tracked and completed, including those tracked using the Live Driver Tracking feature (% LDT).

Avg Rating -
Finally, this column displays the average delivery satisfaction rating. Once a delivery order that has been tracked is marked as “Completed” by the driver, the customer will be asked to rate the service using a 1-5 star option. This value to the average rating provided by customers.

The Grid Information can be exported for data analysis and provides additional categories of information using the CSV Option.
