How can I check the status of a customer order?

The status of a customer order is to verify if the order was successful, failed or was rejected by the store. 

You can see the status of the order at the bottom of the slip if it was paid online, successful or failed. When the order fails it will be written: “Order Cancelled”. 

Note: Franchisee’s are notified of failed orders via SMS on the nominated number provided to YUMBI during sign up.
