Here's a quick video that shows you exactly how to update an existing delivery address.
To update an existing delivery address, an Agent needs to perform the following steps:
Select the relevant address from the Customer Details Page and click on the Edit Address link (See Figure 1).
The Edit Address Modal will be displayed.

Recommended Approach
Once displayed, the following recommended steps should be performed:
- Update the pre-populated Street Address by following the below for the Recommended Approach (See Figure 2).

a. Select the Street Address option
b. Updated the customer’s address in the Address input box
c. Then select the “Search” Button
2. If one or more valid search results are found, they will be presented in a grid below the search buttons (See Figure 3).

3. If no valid search results are found, a message indicating this will be presented below the address search bar (See Figure 4).

Alternative Approach
If no valid search results are found using the recommended approach, use the alternative approach to enter the address under the Building/Place Of Interest option.
- To update an address using this approach, the following steps should be performed (See Figure 5):

- a. Select the Building/Place Of Interest Option
b. Enter the customer’s updated address in the Address input box
c. Then select the “Search” Button - If one or more valid search results are found, they will be presented in a grid below the search buttons (See Figure 3).
