Each outlet on the YUMBI Platform has a billing contact associated with it that will receive all invoices for services rendered.


If you would like to update your billing contact details, the request has to be made by the outlet owner. Please provide YUMBI Accounts with the following information in order for the update to be made successfully:

  • YUMBI Store ID.

  • Trading Name & legal entity.

  • Billing contact's name, surname, number and valid email address. 


NOTE: 

  • Only once the above has been provided, will our accounts department be able to make the applicable changes.
