How do I view my Customers on Reports?

The customer report provides an insight into the total number of customers who have ordered from your restaurant, either online or telephonically. This report also provides insight into the transactions made by these customers at the outlet, as well as the customer’s information i.e. full names, mobile number, email address and street address.

Below we hope to answer any questions you may have and explore what this report has to offer.

Where can I find the Customer Report?

This report can be found on the left-hand Panel on the YUMBI Reports page. Under the Overview Tab, you can find this report named “Customers” (Figure 1) or by following this link to the report itself.

How can I filter this report?

There are three primary ways of filtering the Customer Report. These three options are by Date (A), Restaurant (B) and Channels (C). Note that this report requires a Restaurant to be selected to populate data. Only one restaurant cant be filtered at a time as each outlet has different customers on their database.

Which channels can I filter by?


All channels: 
This filter option will present the number of customers that have placed orders on the App, Website, Call centre, on iOS and Android mobile devices.

All Online:
This filter option will present the number of customers that have placed orders on the App, Website, on iOS and Android mobile devices only.

All Mobile:
This filter option will present the number of customers that have placed orders on the App, on iOS and Android mobile devices.

Call Centre: 
This filter option will only present the number of customers that have placed phone orders, which are captured on the YUMBI Ordering Platform at the Call Centre by an Agent.

iOS:
This filter option will only present the number of customers who have placed orders from iPhone Operating System devices i.e. iPhone mobile devices.

Android:
This filter option will only present the number of customers who have placed orders from Android Operating System devices i.e. Samsung, Huawei mobile devices.
 


The headings below (Figure 3) provide summaries of the total number of Customers, Transactions, Average Order and Average Customers for all outlets available on your profile.

Customers:
This refers to the total number of customers who have ordered from your restaurant, either online and telephonically.

Transactions:
This refers to the total number of transactions made by the customer at your restaurant.

Average order:
 This summary provides the average order amount placed at your outlet.

Average customer:
This summary provides the average amount customers spend when ordering.

When inspecting this report, individual customer data is displayed in the form of a table once an outlet has been selected. The table of data is separated into rows, showing individual customers, and columns showing specific details in regards to a customer's details.

First Name:

This refers to the first name of the customer as registered on the YUMBI Platform.

Last Name:

This refers to the last name of the customer as registered on the YUMBI Platform.

Phone Number:

This refers to the mobile number the customer registered with on the YUMBI Platform.

Email Address:

This refers to the email address the customer registered with on the YUMBI Platform.

Street:

This refers to the address of the last order placed by the customer.

Transactions:

This refers to the total number of transactions made by the customer at the outlet.

Sales:

This refers to the total sales amount of the transactions made by the customer at the outlet.

Note: Additional Data

Due to the Protection of Personal Information Act, the Customer Report has limited data offered and only includes the necessary information that cannot be exported or CSV’ed.
