A restaurants database of customers is collected from customers that have ordered from the specific restaurant using any of the YUMBI channels available (Website/app/Switchboard). When selecting a campaign, a list of customers will be communicated with depending on the outcome of the campaign (ie. All Active Customers, Lapsed Customers etc.)
