Where are these customers on Engage coming from?

Where are these customers on Engage coming from?

A restaurants database of customers is collected from customers that have ordered from the specific restaurant using any of the YUMBI channels available (Website/app/Switchboard). When selecting a campaign, a list of customers will be communicated with depending on the objective of the campaign (i.e.. all active customers, lapsed customers etc.)
