Can I access my YUMBI platform data to create my own data insight reports?
YUMBI uses Snowflake Data Cloud “share houses” to share with you detailed and easily digestable datasets related to your brand and customers on the YUMBI platform, including orders and order items, store uptime and customer behaviour.
In order to access and query your YUMBI platform data via this share house you are required to have your own business intelligence capability and knowledge of data warehousing, either inhouse or outsourced via a data analytics partner.
A data steward is required to be nominated from the brand to be responsible for approving requests for user access as well as new datasets to be included in the share house.
YUMBI typically gives access to the brand’s BI Team. Please note that all data in the share house is accessible to all users who have been granted access to your share house account.
