Who has access to YUMBI Reports?

Designated Roles

Given the confidential nature of the data presented in YUMBI Reports, access is specifically granted to designated roles, including:
  1. Restaurant Owners
  2. Brand Representatives
  3. Call Centre Managers
  4. YUMBI Internal Users

Ensuring appropriate access is crucial, as the reports contain sensitive information regarding a restaurant's performance and financial metrics. It is imperative to verify that access rights are assigned exclusively to authorized individuals based on their roles.

Important Note

In the event of an employee who has access to the YUMBI Reports portal either resigning or being terminated, it is critical to promptly revoke their access. Please report such changes immediately to the YUMBI Support team to maintain the integrity and security of the data.
