The cart abandonment report offers insights into the total number of carts abandoned by customers at the checkout stage. This occurs when a customer adds items to their online cart but either leaves it unattended for an extended period or forgets to complete the purchase. The report also details the percentage of total orders abandoned, including the date, number of completed orders, abandoned orders, and the abandonment rate.
