Here’s the information you need to prepare when requesting eVouchers, including the basic contact details of the requestor. You will need this to complete the Voucher Request Form.
To access the form, log in to the YUMBI Dashboard, select the restaurant you'd like a voucher for. Under 'Engage' on the welcome page you will select ‘Voucher Request’.
This action will direct you to the Voucher Request Form, where you can specify the details of the vouchers you need, such as:
- Voucher type: Choose between a fixed Rand value or a percentage value.
- Voucher distribution: Opt for either a single shared code or unique vouchers for individual use.
- Activation and expiry dates.
- Redemption channels: Specify whether the vouchers can be used on the website, app, or for call-in orders, and whether they are valid for Dine-In or To-Go orders.
- eVoucher campaign name.
