Cart Abandonment Rate Report

The cart abandonment report provides insight into the total number of carts abandoned by customers at the checkout stage. This happens when a customer attempts to place an order at a restaurant online by adding menu items to their cart but either leaves their cart unattended for an extended period or forgets to complete the ordering process. This report also provides insight into the percentage of total orders abandoned, as well as the date, total completed orders, abandoned orders and abandonment rate.

Below we hope to answer any questions you may have and explore what this report has to offer.
