How do I know whether a digital voucher has been redeemed?

Customers have the ability to redeem eVouchers when ordering Online, In-store or via Switchboard. 


If a Payment eVoucher has been redeemed on the YUMBI Platform it is treated the same way as an online payment that is made using a debit or credit card.


A report will be submitted daily at the close of business to the restaurant's nominated Reporting Contact which will include all online transactions regardless of the means used to pay for the orders (i.e. voucher, credit or debit card).
