The Store Information Report is a summary report that shows the key details and configuration of your restaurant. The store can use it to verify the store setup or gather the necessary information to resolve an issue. The Store Information Report is linked to theStore Detail Report. To access the report, you will need to first open the Store Details Report found under Operations on the left-hand navigation. Once there, select the restaurant you would like to view and click on the restaurant name displayed in the column (see red arrow in Figure 1).

What information is found in the Store Information Report?
The Store Information Report provides the following information about your restaurant details that are configured on the YUMBI Platform.

Store Details
The store details section contains information related to the store, namely, store state, name, address, telephone, province, GPS Co-ordinates, menu name, Yumbi store ID, and external store ID.
Account Details
The Account Details section contains the account name, VAT number, Billing contacts, and billing email.
Reporting & Notification
This section contains Reporting email (s) where the YUMBI daily cash up report is sent and notifications Mobile number(s) where failed order notifications are received on.

Trading hours
You can view the store’s trading hours in the Trading Hours section.
Tech & Integrations
This section contains, namely the delivery provider, if the delivery provider is enabled, the POS provider, POS integration enabled, OrderUp enabled, GSM Printer(s) Enabled, and printer IMEI number(s).
Linked Call Centre(s) & Stores
The Linked Call Centre(s) and Stores show if there are any stores or call centres linked to the store.

Payment Methods
This section shows all the payment methods available at the store. It also shows if the payment methods are enabled or disabled.
Collect Details
This section shows the collection methods available at the store.
Delivery Details
This section shows all the delivery details for the store.
Delivery Zones
This section shows all the delivery zones; it also shows if the delivery zones are enabled or disabled. When you select “View Report” (see red arrow in Figure 5), it leads you to the Delivery Locations Report.
