Stores have multiple options for accessing delivery zone details, however, the Order Map Report provides a visual representation of these areas on a map.
This report allows users to view the geographical locations of online delivery orders placed via the YUMBI platform, alongside the restaurant’s configured delivery zones, offering a clear and comprehensive spatial overview.

The following article will give you an overview of how to utilize this report and what it has to offer the user.
Where can I find the Delivery Zones Report?
This report can be found under the deliveries panel by the name Order Map (Figure 1). Or you can follow this link to the report itself: Delivery Locations

Once the Order Map Report is selected, the store map will display after selecting a restaurant and applying any additional filters. (See Figure 2)
Report Filters
This report allows you to filter by the following filter options;
Date range
Select the time period you want to view data for. This helps you analyse performance over a specific day, week, or custom date range.
Restaurant
Choose the specific store or stores you want to view data for.
Report Type
Defines how the data is grouped and analysed:
Compare Restaurants – Compare performance across different stores.
Order Channels – View performance based on where orders were placed (e.g. web, app, call centre).
New vs Existing – Compare behaviour between new and returning customers.
Channels
Filters orders by the platform used to place them:
All Channels – Includes every order source
All Online – Includes website and app orders only
All Mobile – Includes mobile app orders (iOS and Android)
Web – Orders placed via the website
Call Centre – Orders placed via phone support
iOS – Orders placed via Apple devices
Android – Orders placed via Android devices
Compare
Allows users to compare up to three different stores’ delivery zones side by side for analysis and performance comparison.

The filters below allow you to focus on more details on the store’s delivery locations map. (See Figure 3)
Delivery Zone Overlay
Displays the configured delivery zones (e.g. drive distance, radii, custom delivery zones, and exclusion zones) for the selected store on a map, showing the geographic areas where delivery is available. This helps the store visually confirm coverage areas and identify any gaps or required updates.
8min Drive-Time Overlay
Displays an estimated 8-minute drive-time overlay from the store location. This provides a quick reference for expected delivery reach based on travel time, helping assess realistic delivery coverage.
Competitor Locations
Displays nearby competitor store locations on the map. This allows users to compare proximity and density of competing stores within the same delivery area for strategic planning.
Reset All Options
Clears all selected filters and overlays on the map, returning the view to its default state. This allows users to restart their analysis with a clean map view.

Delivery Zone States
These are the three types of delivery zones states that you will see on your Order Map view. (See Figure 4) For more details on the types of delivery zones, please see the following article for more information: What types of delivery zones can I configure for my restaurant?
A - Active delivery zones are displayed in blue. B - Temporarily disabled delivery zones are displayed in orange. C - Blocked non-delivery zones are displayed in red.

Individual Order Details
The Order Map can display individual delivery orders placed by customers at this restaurant. These orders will be displayed as pinpoints on the delivery zones that can be interacted with (See Figure 5).
When a pinpoint is selected, a brief summary of the order details is displayed to the user.
Store Name
Identifies which store the order was placed from, helping you link the order to the correct location.
Order Number
A unique reference number assigned to the order for tracking and support purposes.
Order Date and Time
Shows when the order was placed, helping you understand order timing and activity patterns.
Order Value (Excluding Delivery Fees)
Displays the total value of the order before delivery fees are applied, giving visibility into product sales value.
New or Existing Customer
Indicates whether the order was placed by a first-time customer or a returning customer.
Order Channel
Shows the platform the order was placed through, such as Website, App, or Call Centre.

Map Tools and Filters
Additional tools are available on the report: (See Figure 6)
A. The red pin displayed on the map represents a store with delivery orders for the selected date range. If the red pin appears as undefined, this indicates that there are no delivery orders associated with the selected period.
B. You can change the map layout by selecting one of the following options:
Map – displays the standard street view
Satellite – displays satellite imagery
C. You can expand the map by clicking the fullscreen toggle option.
D. Zoom in/out and navigation tools are located in the bottom corner of the map.
E. You can drag the Pegman onto the map to open Street View.
