How to configure VodaCoSoft APN settings for the YUMBI Android printer

If your YUMBI Android Touch Screen Printer has an exclamation mark (!) appearing next to the signal bars, follow the steps below to enable and configure the VodaCoSoft APN settings on the printer.


Once the correct APN settings have been configured, the exclamation mark next to the signal bars should disappear, indicating that the printer has successfully connected to the network.

Step 1: Unpin the App

  • When you receive your YUMBI Android printer, the GcAnyOrder app will be pinned by default.
  • Press and hold both the triangle button (◀) and the square button (■) simultaneously until the screen displays "App unpinned".
  • Press the circle button (●), then swipe or scroll up to return to the main home screen.

Step 2: Navigate to Settings

  • From the main screen, you will see All Apps.

  1. Open the Settings app.

Step 3: Access Mobile Network Settings

  • Select Network & Internet.

  1. Tap on Mobile Network to open the Vodacom-SA tab.

Step 4: Configure Access Point Names (APNs)

  • On the Vodacom-SA tab, select Advanced to open the expanded settings.

  1. Scroll down and tap on Access Point Names (APNs).

  1. Select Vodacosoftapn from the list.

Step 5: Exit Settings and Launch App

  • Press the circle button (●) to return to the main screen.
  • Press the square button (■) to view open apps, then swipe up on the Settings app to close it
  • Open and log in to the GcAnyOrder app. Your APN configuration is complete!
