How do I Troubleshoot the Android Touch Screen YUMBI Printer Stuck in a Loop?

Is your printer stuck in a loop?

If your Android Touch Screen YUMBI Printer is stuck in a loop (e.g. continuously repeating or stuck on an order screen), follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

Troubleshooting Steps

Please complete the steps in order to successfully clear the loop.

Step 1: Unpin the Ordering App

Press the Return and Menu keys at the bottom of the screen simultaneously.
A message saying “App unpinned” will appear.

Step 2: Minimise the App

Tap the Home Key to return to the home screen.

Step 3: Open Settings

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and tap on the Settings icon.

Step 4: Go to Apps

In the Settings menu, select Apps, then scroll to and tap “GcAnayOrder”.

Step 5: Force Stop the App

Tap “Force Stop” and confirm by selecting “OK”.

Step 6: Clear Storage

Select “Storage & Cache”, then tap “Clear Storage” and confirm by pressing “Delete”.

Step 7: Relaunch the App

Press the Home key to return to the home screen, swipe up again, and open the “GcAnayOrder” app.

Step 8: Complete Permissions & Login

  • When prompted, select “Allow while using the app”, and allow all necessary permissions.
  • Tap the Return key, then select “Quick Login”.

That’s it — the loop should now be cleared!
