How do I check if the customer has a valid voucher?

If a customer attempts to redeem a voucher in-store or online and it fails, an error message will appear explaining why the voucher cannot be validated. If no error message is shown, there may be an issue with the POS or internet connection.

If a voucher is successfully added on the YUMBI platform, the store must honor the discount.

If you encounter an issue while trying to redeem a YUMBI-generated voucher, please contact the YUMBI Helpdesk to verify its validity.
