As part of your onboarding process onto the YUMBI Platform, you will receive an email with login details for YUMBI Reports. You can use these login details to access your restaurant information through this portal. However, should you misplace these details, please perform the following steps:

 

  1. Visit the YUMBI Dashboard

  2. Click on the "forgot your password" link.

  3. Enter the email address you received this email on.

  4. Click on the Submit button.

  5. Check your email and execute the necessary steps.

  6. Return to YUMBI Dashboard and complete your login.

  7. Thereafter, select “Reports”.


The direct link to the YUMBI Reports portal is https://reports.yumbi.com/. You can use this link to login directly to your reports.


Note: Navigating between YUMBI Reports and other useful YUMBI portals such as Dashboard and Support is easy! 



By simply clicking “Launchpad” at the top right hand corner of the page, you will be taken back to the login landing page where you will be able to select which portal you’d like to access next!


Tip: For best results, YUMBI recommends using one of the following internet browsers when accessing your Dashboard:


  • Mozilla Firefox

  • Google Chrome

  • Safari
