What does the SMS/Push message that I sent look like?

You can view the SMS, Push and Inbox message that was sent to your customers in the Campaign Details Report.

Here is an example of what they would look like:

SMS Message:

This text represents the exact message sent to customers via SMS for the campaign. In compliance with WASPA regulations, all messages include an opt-out option. If the campaign involves a voucher code, the message will also contain this code along with its expiry date.

Push Message:

This text is the precise wording used in the push notifications sent to customers for this campaign.

Inbox Message:

This includes the specific wording and imagery used in messages sent to customers who have received the campaign's Push or SMS message and have an online ordering profile set up. When a voucher code is part of the campaign, the message will include the code and its expiration date.
