How do I reset a Call Centre Agents' password?

Here's a quick video that shows you step by step how to reset your password, or read the instructions below.

To reset your password, please perform the following steps:

1. Email the YUMBI Support Team on support@yumbi.com requesting the link to log into the Switchboard platform (if you do not have it already).
2. Click on the "forgot your password" link.
3. Enter the email address you received this email on.
4. Click on the Submit button.
5. Check your email and execute the necessary steps.
6. Return to the Switchboard login and complete your login.
