1. In the event that an order was made and paid for online but is UNSUCCESSFULLY received by the outlet, a refund request will immediately and automatically be processed by the YUMBI Platform.

  2. At the same time, the customer will automatically be notified via SMS that their order was UNSUCCESSFUL and that their payment has been refunded into the relevant bank account or credit card used to pay for the order.

  3. Should a restaurant have any doubts or concerns as to whether a customer has been refunded for a failed order please contact the YUMBI Support team.

 

NOTE: Refunds can take several days to reflect on a customer bank statement.
