What is a Push Notification?

Definition

A Push Notification is an automated message sent by a franchisee through the YUMBI Engage portal to an app user when the application is not open.

This message pops up on your mobile, and franchisees can send them without the customer having to be in the app or using their devices to receive them. Mainly, users see a notification as a banner or pop-up alert, and the notification is shown no matter what the user is doing.
