At the top of the report, you can refine the data displayed by using the available filters.
Select the date range during which the campaign ran or customers were enrolled in the campaign.
Choose from all available campaign templates to view results for a specific campaign type.
Select the specific campaign you want to review. This allows you to drill down into a single campaign’s performance details.
Key Campaign Metrics
The Key Campaign Metrics section summarises the overall performance of the campaign. Here’s what each metric means:
Run By
Indicates who initiated the campaign (e.g., Store, Brand).
Store Name
The name of the store that ran the campaign.
Type
The campaign format (e.g., Voucher, Communication only).
Launched On
The date and time the campaign started.
Audience
The group of customers targeted (e.g., All Active for 12 months).
Customers Enrolled
Total number of customers included in the campaign.
Number and percentage of enrolled customers who received the campaign message.
Reporting Period
Status of the reporting timeframe (e.g., In Progress, Completed).
Order Contribution
Number of orders attributed to the campaign.
Revenue Contribution
The order value of the orders attributed to the campaign or campaign template.
NB: Order and Revenue Contribution stats may change, as this campaign is still within the 7-day attribution window.
Comms Cost
The cost of communicating the campaign to customers (e.g., SMS, PUSH costs).
Vouchers Redeemed
Number of vouchers customers redeemed.
Redemption Rate
Percentage of vouchers redeemed from the total distributed.
Discount Voucher Value
Total value of the discounts redeemed.
Product Sales Tracking Enabled
Indicates whether product-specific sales tracking is active.
Cost %
Campaign costs expressed as a percentage of the revenue generated.
ROI
Return on Investment, showing how much revenue was generated for every R1 spent.
Revenue Contribution per Day
The chart on the right shows daily revenue contribution generated from the campaign:
Blue bars
Communication cost trend over the same period.
Green line
Revenue earned each day from campaign-attributed sales.
This visual helps track how quickly customers responded after receiving the campaign message.

The Grid Information can be exported for data analysis and provides additional categories of information using the CSV Option.
Here’s what the columns represent:
Start Date
The date the campaign was launched.
Day
The day of the week the campaign started.
Time
The time the campaign was scheduled for.
Source
This indicates whether the campaign was initiated at the restaurant level or the brand level.
Audience
The customer group targeted/cohort.

Comms
Displays the number of customers contacted.
Order Contribution
Orders generated from the campaign.
Revenue Contribution
The order value of the orders attributed to the campaign or campaign template.
Comms Cost
Cost of communication for that campaign instance.
Voucher Redeemed
Displays the number of vouchers used by customers.
Redemption Rate
This indicates the percentage of vouchers redeemed.
Discount Voucher Value
Total value of discounts redeemed.
Product Sales Contribution
Revenue contribution from specific products (if tracked).
Cost %
This displays the cost as a percentage of revenue generated.
ROI
This indicates the Return on Investment for the specific campaign run.
