How do I view my Store’s Activities?

The User Activity Report in YUMBI Reports provides a comprehensive view of your store's activities for a chosen period. It empowers users with valuable insights, keeping them informed about all the changes and activities conducted within the selected store or stores via the YUMBI Dashboard.

Where can I find the User activity Report?

This report can be found on the left-hand Panel on the YUMBI Reports page, under the Operations Tab,  named “ User Activity” or you can also click here to the report itself.


What are the filter options?


When filtering this report, the Brand/Restaurant and Time Period that you wish to view must be selected first before the report can populate.


User Activity Overview

By viewing this Report the table of data will display an overview of several columns which includes the activity Date/Time, Store Name, Brand, User, Activity as well as Details


Date

Indicates the date on which the activity was actioned.

Brand

Displays the brand associated with the activity.

Store Name

Shows the specific store where the activity took place.

User

Reflects the name of the person who performed the activity on the system.

Activity

Lists the type of action performed on the YUMBI dashboard, along with a brief description of the activity.

Details

Provides additional information about the specific action that was carried out.



Under the Activities Option, it will give you an overview of the Activities that the store has actioned, this is broken down into the following:


All Activities

Shows all activity on the store for the selected period, including any changes made to campaigns, delivery zones, stock, refunds, and settings.

Campaigns

Provides insight into whether any campaigns were initiated during the selected period, and by whom.

Delivery Zones

Displays when delivery zones were enabled or disabled.

Out of Stock

Displays whether items were marked as out of stock on the store’s app, website, and call centre menu.

Refunds

Displays the user who issued a refund.


Settings

Displays when the store was toggled online or offline, including enabling or disabling app, website, and call centre orders.




The Table Information can be exported for data analysis and provides additional categories of information using the CSV Option.
