When the YUMBI Printer is operating normally, a signal bar should be displayed on the right-hand side of the screen, as well as the letter 'G' and an arrow in the top left-hand corner. See image provided below of a fully operational YUMBI GSM Printer.
If you have received an SMS warning that the YUMBI Printer located in your restaurant is currently offline it is possible that one of the following scenarios has occurred.
Please go to the YUMBI Printer and run through the scenario check-list below.
Ensure that the YUMBI Printer has been plugged into the power socket and is switched on.

Press the Red input button located on the printer keypad. If this doesn't resolve the issue please perform a manual reboot by switching the printer off and on again, or remove the power adapter and re-insert it.

Thermal Credit Card Rolls is the usual paper that is used inside the GSM Printer. This can be found at any stationery shop if required.

YUMBI GSM Printers use thermal printing. The common cause for the slip to print faintly would be more than likely that it is not plugged into a charger, therefore ensure:
