How do I Troubleshoot Issues with the Android Touch Screen YUMBI Printer?
Basic Functions of the Android Touch Screen YUMBI Printer
How to log in
Select the Quick Login button to log in. (See Figure 1)

How to increase the volume
Press the top two Volume buttons located on the left side of the printer. (See Figure 2)
How to switch off the printer
Press the last Power button on the left-hand side of the printer. (See Figure 2)

Common Error Scenarios & Solutions
If you receive a warning that the Android Touch Screen YUMBI Printer in your restaurant is offline, one of the following scenarios may be causing the issue. Please follow the checklist below to diagnose the problem:
Network Issues
If the printer is failing to connect to the network, you will hear a sound alert. We recommend switching to WiFi for a more stable connection and printer uptime.

Android Touch Screen Printer Not Switching On
If the printer does not switch on, it may need to be charged. Please plug the printer into the charger and wait a few minutes before trying to switch it on again.
