The Android Touch Screen Printer

Watch this short video on how to operate the Android Touch Screen printer.
How to Accept an Order
Step 1: Printer Rings
When an order is received, the printer will ring and automatically print the order slip.
Read the printout carefully — it will include the order items, delivery/collection option, and requested time.
Step 2: Tap “Accept”
Press “Accept” to accept the order. You will then be prompted to select a delay time (e.g. 15 minutes), which will indicate when the food will be ready or delivered.
Step 3: Tap “Confirm”
Press “Confirm” to confirm the delay time.
Note: This delay is added to the original requested time. A message will be sent to the customer with the updated collection or delivery time.
How to Cancel an Order
Step 4: Tap “Reject”
If you cannot fulfil the order, on step 2 tap “Reject” instead of “Accept”. You’ll be asked to select a reason (e.g. out of stock).
Step 5: Tap “Confirm”
You must still confirm the cancellation by pressing “Confirm.”
The customer will be notified of the cancellation and the reason provided.
After Accepting an Order
Step 6: Wait for Full Printout
Once the slip reads “Accepted for [Time]”, it is safe to tear off the slip.
Step 7: Verify the Payment Type
The customer’s chosen payment method will be indicated on the slip:
"Order Paid": The customer paid online. No further action is needed — The funds of your order will be deposited into your nominated account.
"Order Not Paid": The customer chose to pay cash on delivery or collection. Ensure payment is collected at the handover.
Step 8: Capture the Order in Your Point of Sale System
Using the printed slip, manually capture the order into your POS or till system as you would with any other order.
