How do I delete a consumers' account?
Customers can easily manage their accounts by following the straightforward steps outlined below to delete their online profiles whenever necessary.
Steps to delete account:
- Log in to either the mobile App or the brand's ordering website you'd like to delete your account from.
- Click on the ☰ symbol to open the sidebar
- Click on Profile
- On the My Profile page, scroll to the bottom and select Settings
- Click Delete account and follow the ensuing steps
Note: Once the customer deletes their profile, all their data will be permanently removed.
