Can I import external customer data?

Unfortunately due to the risk of diluting the data on the platform with regards to the law, YUMBI does not allow for any data to be imported into the platform. This would also be in breach of POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).

In addition, YUMBI does not have the technical ability either to import customer details for the purpose of restaurant-level campaigns.

All customer data needs to be obtained organically.

We recommend that you request vouchers that will help drive order behaviour. Once a customer has placed their order using the YUMBI-platform, you can communicate to the consumer moving forward.

You can read this article to find out how you can request eVouchers.
