Can I choose whether to support online payments?
The YUMBI platform supports online payments, allowing a consumer to pay by card when confirming an order. Acceptance of customer online payments is a mandatory requirement on the YUMBI Platform. Restaurants are not able to request for this feature to be disabled.
It should also be noted that customers who pay for their orders online using credit and debit cards have been shown to order from restaurants more frequently and also tend to have a higher average order value than customers who pay for their order using cash.
