Can I choose to send Push Notifications only?

There are two different communication types for campaigns: Communication via SMS only as well as both SMS & Push Notification.

The communication type will always be listed within the campaign details section on the Dashboard. YUMBI Engage may not always be set up to communicate only via Push Notifications. These campaign configurations are outlined by theBrand. Should you have concerns with how campaigns are configured: Please reach out to your brand marketing team to find out more info.

In no instance will a customer receive both SMS and Push notification for the same campaign.
