Am I able to prevent message errors?

A message error is the total number of SMS or Push notifications that were scheduled but failed to be sent due to technical issues. This can be caused by SMS Gateway issues, or mobile numbers becoming invalid over time.

As a result, it is very difficult for franchisees (and YUMBI) to prevent this from happening.
