How do I know which orders were paid for online at my outlet?

The YUMBI Platform automatically sends an electronic summary of all Online Payments as well as StoreFront & Switchboard Orders made at a specific outlet on a daily basis.

The summary is emailed to the outlet's nominated reporting representative 5 minutes after the configured closing time and contains the following information:

  • The total value of online payments performed during the day.
  • An itemized list of each online order that was paid for online.

NOTE: The report is still sent to the outlet even if NO online payments were performed during that day. This is done to help minimize the probability of cashier fraud occurring.
